Terms and Conditions

 

Please take a few minutes to read all of the terms and conditions, as you may find something in another section may also relate to you.  Only place bookings/orders if you completely agree with them.

 

Hiring Goods

Chair Covers and Other Hire Items
Order 
Email for a booking form.
Delivery
Normally on the day or day prior to wedding depending on other services required.
Collection
Day after wedding (or on the evening if booking DJ).
Deposits 
Required at time of booking (cheque only).  Will be refunded* approximately one/two weeks after wedding. Deposits are not refundable if service is cancelled after 14 days of booking. *see damages. 
Payment 
Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to wedding (cheque only).  A reminder will be sent approximately 5 weeks prior to wedding.  Payments not received within 3 weeks of wedding may be cancelled if other clients require service.
Cancellations
You can cancel your booking in writing up to 4 weeks prior to your wedding.  Deposits will not be refunded after 14 days of your booking.  Full payment is required if cancelled within 4 weeks prior to wedding.
Damages
All damages, loss or unusable items will be deducted from deposits held.  Contact will be made immediately if there is a problem.  Details and proof of damages will be available.  All efforts will be made to remove stains from chair covers.  Cost of replacements is double the hire cost.

Purchased Goods
Order 
Email for an order form.
Delivery 
If ordering with hire/room dressing service will delivered at the same time.  If ordered without an additional service cost of delivery will apply and times will vary.  Ask for details.
Payment 
All items must be paid for at time of ordering (cheque only).
Returns 
Will be accepted within 28 days as long as items are unopened and resalable. Refunds will be given by cheque.  Postage costs will not be refunded.

Room Dressing Service
Cost 
From £40.00 per room.
Order 
Email for a booking form.
Payment 
Full payment required at time of booking (cheque only).
Cancellations 
You can cancel your booking in writing at any time prior to your wedding.  Payment will not be refunded after 14 days of your booking.
Service Provided
Consultation regarding requirements.  Dressing room with decorations.  Excludes assembling/moving tables, laying tables, making decorations etc.  Ask for details.

Area Covered/Delivery Charges
Included within the costs are one delivery and/or collection service within the specified area. (excluding room dressing service which includes a home visit).   Additional journeys bookings of less than £100 and areas outside of specified area will incur an additional charge, please ask for details.
